📋 What you will do
- Audit current business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Analyze departmental workflows and internal service operations
- Develop proposals for process optimization and scaling
- Create technical requirements (specifications) for developers
- Participate in solution implementation and testing
- Document new processes in collaboration with the technical team
- Design internal tools and infrastructure
- Monitor implementation and evaluate the efficiency of changes
