📋 What you will do
- Own marketing’s contribution to the self-serve revenue line
- Lead Dropbox’s global digital marketing functions
- Manage Paid Media, SEO/GEO, Web Strategy, and Lifecycle Marketing
- Bridge performance marketing with brand storytelling
- Optimize user journeys across Brand, PLG, and SLG motions
- Build data foundations and trigger mechanisms to identify enterprise-ready accounts
- Route high-potential self-serve accounts to Sales and Field Marketing
- Define PQL criteria with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, Field Marketing, and Sales
- Build a culture of experimentation and analytics-driven customer journey optimization
- Lead, develop, and scale a digital marketing team

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience with increasing scope and responsibility
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS and/or scaled B2C environments
- 5+ years managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and growth-minded leadership
- Ability to combine data-driven performance marketing with brand storytelling
- Experience working closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Brand teams
- Ability to build processes from acquisition through retention
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance teams
