📋 What you will do
- Call suppliers to confirm receipt of RFx invitations
- Guide suppliers through event deadlines and requirements
- Answer event questions and route technical issues to the account team
- Identify and flag at-risk suppliers to maintain participation rates
- Maintain and update contact records
- Help build and refine outreach playbooks

✅ What we expect

- Hands-on contact research and verification skills
- Disciplined documentation of outreach activity and outcomes
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet
