📋 What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a sales team while scaling the GTM presence across AMER
  • Train the team in consultative/solution selling, pipeline generation, closing tactics, and MEDDIIC
  • Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Achieve operating net revenue and activation targets to grow Stripe’s revenue profitably
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s solutions to meet client needs
  • Support individual development and career growth of direct reports

What we expect

  • 10+ years of AE experience or 5+ years of sales management experience in tech/SaaS/banking/payments
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and users
  • Proven track record of target attainment and dealing with ambiguity in high-growth environments
  • Experience training, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to build relationships with strategic clients, thought leaders, and channel partners
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to highly technical customers
