📋 What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a sales team while scaling the GTM presence across AMER
- Train the team in consultative/solution selling, pipeline generation, closing tactics, and MEDDIIC
- Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations
- Achieve operating net revenue and activation targets to grow Stripe’s revenue profitably
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s solutions to meet client needs
- Support individual development and career growth of direct reports

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of AE experience or 5+ years of sales management experience in tech/SaaS/banking/payments
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and users
- Proven track record of target attainment and dealing with ambiguity in high-growth environments
- Experience training, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales team
- Ability to build relationships with strategic clients, thought leaders, and channel partners
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to highly technical customers
