• Develop and implement a content strategy that impacts reach, engagement, and sales.
• Create strong content: scripts for Reels, posts, Stories, and content funnels.
• Manage the full cycle of content production: from concept and task brief to the final result.
• Work with analytics, test hypotheses, and improve performance metrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance workflows.
🕹 Requirements:
• Experience in SMM/marketing of at least 2 years.
• Understanding of how content influences business results.
• Case studies featuring successful Reels and short-form videos.
• Skills in building a content system and strategy from scratch.
• Strong visual taste, sense of aesthetics, and proficient copywriting skills.
🕹 Estimated Salary Level:
60,000 – 80,000 ₽
🕹 Working Conditions:
• Remote work.
• Flexible schedule.
• Income: 80,000 (base salary 50,000 ₽ + KPI up to 30,000 ₽).
