- Design infrastructure for high-load distributed systems
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of the platform
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team
- Execute infrastructure development roadmaps
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers
- Participate in incident management
- Manage projects, including planning and task decomposition

✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles
- Technical leadership experience managing 3-7 engineers
- Deep expertise in on-premise infrastructure
- Experience with high-load and high-availability products
