📋 What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of lifecycle marketing programs for Personal Loan applicants
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and ringless voicemail
- Design, prioritize, launch, and optimize lifecycle journeys to increase re-engagement and funding
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities and forecast business impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing
- Develop and test audience segments
