📋 What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for a Roblox game portfolio
• Build a growth hypothesis system and conduct marketing experiments
• Launch and test new user acquisition channels
• Manage and scale the marketing team
• Create growth playbooks and establish best practices

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Proven track record in Gamedev or mobile products
• High-drive, ambitious leadership mindset
• Experience managing Performance / UA teams
• Prior experience with Roblox is a plus
