📋 What you will do
- Lead the development team
- Establish development processes: code reviews, planning, and retrospectives
- Design architecture and define key technical solutions
- Maintain code quality and manage technical debt
- Develop new services, modules, and integrations
- Scale the system and optimize performance
- Work with databases: complex queries, indexing, and optimization
- Participate in CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response

- 8+ years of commercial experience with Node.js

- Experience working with large-scale databases
- Understanding of stateless architecture and cluster deployment
- Proven track record of building development processes
- Higher technical degree
