**Media Buyer / UA generalist (mobile apps + lead-gen) ✨** Our goal is to build a system where hypotheses are tested in days, not months, and where traffic is not a separate function but part of the product. For this, we need a versatile media buyer: a person who feels cramped in one channel and one type of product. **✅ Tasks:** **- **Cross-platform buying: running traffic in Google (UAC and Search) and Meta **- **Two fronts: simultaneous work with app installs for subscriptions and lead-gen for our offers **- **Creatives: generating and testing combinations, quickly cutting what doesn’t work, and iterating on what takes off **- **Economics, not CPI: keeping CAC, ROAS, payback, trial-to-paid in mind, not just the top of the funnel **- **Scaling: expanding working combinations to new geos and segments **- **Hypotheses: bringing ideas yourself, without waiting for ready-made briefs ** 📌 We expect:** **- **Real experience: independent management of paid traffic with verifiable numbers **- **Versatility: you work confidently in both mobile UA and lead-gen, not just "Meta" or "UAC" **- **Analytics: you think in cohorts and unit economics, not just daily CPL **- **Speed: hypothesis - test - conclusion - next, without month-long warm-ups **- **Independence: you can build a campaign by hand and explain why it is set up that way ** ➕ Will be a plus:** **- **TikTok Ads: experience running campaigns and testing combinations **- **Apple Search Ads: experience with ASA, keywords, and audiences ** ⭐️ We offer:** ** -** Flexibility: remote from anywhere, convenient schedule ** - **Minimal bureaucracy: hypotheses go into testing in days, without three-week approvals ** -** Real impact on the product: you don’t just "spend budget", you influence what gets launched and how If you know how to think about traffic as a system and want to work where hypotheses turn into a product in weeks, not quarters, apply. ✈️ DM **@karambacim**** **- a short intro about yourself, a couple of cases with numbers (geo, product, budget, result)
