• Chat with existing clients
• Help with questions related to advertising accounts
• Forward requests to partners and track completion
• Maintain reports and log inquiries
• Provide high-quality, calm, and clear support

• Experience with FB as an Account Farmer or Media Buyer
• Personal experience running campaigns on Facebook
• Politeness, attentiveness, and strong written communication
• Fast response time and the ability to solve issues without panic
