📋 What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end measurement framework for Lifecycle & CRM marketing globally
  • Act as the primary analytics partner to Lifecycle Marketing, Strategic Finance, and Leadership
  • Define and evolve north-star KPIs and success metrics for lifecycle marketing
  • Lead complex, ambiguous analytical efforts balancing short-term and long-term value
  • Set the standard for experimentation strategy within Lifecycle and CRM
  • Design, analyze, and synthesize experiments to drive user behavior on the marketplace
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to improve experimentation infrastructure
