📋 What you will do
- Own the end-to-end measurement framework for Lifecycle & CRM marketing globally
- Act as the primary analytics partner to Lifecycle Marketing, Strategic Finance, and Leadership
- Define and evolve north-star KPIs and success metrics for lifecycle marketing
- Lead complex, ambiguous analytical efforts balancing short-term and long-term value
- Set the standard for experimentation strategy within Lifecycle and CRM
- Design, analyze, and synthesize experiments to drive user behavior on the marketplace
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to improve experimentation infrastructure
