📋 What you will do
- Lead global Field Operations and Marketing Analytics functions
- Manage regional Field Operations teams across NAMER/LATAM, EMEA, and APJ
- Develop reporting frameworks, KPI standardization, and process optimization
- Analyze marketing performance and improve pipeline generation
- Identify and scale best practices across regions
- Implement automation and scalable processes to improve efficiency
- Own the global Marketing Analytics function, roadmap, and priorities
- Build measurement frameworks across channels, campaigns, and regions
- Translate data into actionable insights for marketing strategy and leadership
- Align forecasting, attribution, performance metrics, and business planning
- Ensure data consistency, governance, and standardization

✅ What we expect
