📋 What you will do

  • Lead global Field Operations and Marketing Analytics functions
  • Manage regional Field Operations teams across NAMER/LATAM, EMEA, and APJ
  • Develop reporting frameworks, KPI standardization, and process optimization
  • Analyze marketing performance and improve pipeline generation
  • Identify and scale best practices across regions
  • Implement automation and scalable processes to improve efficiency
  • Own the global Marketing Analytics function, roadmap, and priorities
  • Build measurement frameworks across channels, campaigns, and regions
  • Translate data into actionable insights for marketing strategy and leadership
  • Align forecasting, attribution, performance metrics, and business planning
  • Ensure data consistency, governance, and standardization

What we expect

  • Strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making
