**Test Automation Engineer / Python AQA**

We are looking for a test automation engineer to implement UI autotests for an e-commerce project.
Project: online auto parts store based on Bitrix (PHP). There is currently no test automation — manual testing is handled by one QA engineer, and you will be writing autotests based on their test cases.
**What you need to do**:
— Develop a UI autotest framework from scratch (Python, Pytest, Playwright)
— Implement autotests based on agreed test cases: critical e-commerce scenarios (login, parts selection, cart, checkout)
— Set up test run reporting (Allure or similar)
— Prepare and hand over documentation: README, Developer Guide, architecture description — designed so that the code can be maintained by a manual QA without automation experience
— Conduct a final call to transfer knowledge to the team
**What we expect from our future colleague**:
— Experience in test automation of 2–3 years, experience in building frameworks from scratch (not just supporting ready-made ones)
— Confident command of Python and Playwright (Pytest as the main test runner)
— Understanding of the Page Object Model pattern or similar architectural approaches
— Experience working with unstable/dynamic layouts — experience with Bitrix or similar CMS will be an advantage
— Ability to write clear, detailed technical documentation
— As a plus — experience in independently handing over projects to teams without in-house automation engineers
