📋 What you will do
- Define the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team
- Lead and scale a team of marketing analysts
- Own marketing reporting and analysis across paid, owned, and integrated channels
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools
- Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methods to estimate incremental impact
- Translate complex analytical findings into executive-level recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product on budget allocation and investment strategy
- Prioritize team work and improve processes using AI

- A proven record of using data to drive measurable business impact in consumer-facing marketing
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement and incremental impact estimation
- Strong statistical foundation and experience in experimental design
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: $188,000–$260,000 per year
