📋 What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Airbnb key partners and serve as their primary representative
  • Execute a win-win strategy for the portfolio that creates commercial value for all parties
  • Build strong relationships with executives and decision makers across API partners
  • Identify strategic opportunities and launch data-driven pilots to drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews, QBRs, and formal presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Educate clients on product updates and share partner feedback with internal teams
  • Prospect, onboard, and optimize new API partners
  • Achieve quarterly goals across KPIs, adoption, and supply acquisition growth
  • Understand technical integrations across PMS, Channel Managers, and CRS to support clients
  • Work closely with Product, Tech Support, Regional Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry events

What we expect

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Key Accounts, Connectivity, or Technical Partner Management

  • Strong account management background with a proven track record in managing large partnerships
  • Ability to work with strategic B2B partners at a senior level
  • Deep understanding of technical integrations and commercial processes
