📋 What you will do
- Build and execute content strategy for Okta and Auth0 communities
- Turn real-world community discussions into high-quality engagement content
- Design and run content programs including technical deep-dives and AMAs
- Identify, cultivate, and activate Community Champions across GTM initiatives
- Develop and maintain a unified community content calendar across platforms
- Ensure community content meets generative search (GEO/AEO) eligibility standards
- Govern content lifecycle through audits, accuracy checks, and asset refreshes
- Partner with engineers to deploy agentic AI workflows for GTM signal monitoring
