Influence Manager

📋 What you will do

• Search, attract, and manage streamers from initial contact to contract signing
• Analyze the market to identify growing niches and competitive opportunities
• Negotiate terms, structure collaboration agreements, and handle objections
• Onboard new streamers and coordinate with the operations team
• Monitor channel metrics, engagement, and KPI performance
• Develop creative ideas, implement new formats, and audience retention mechanics
• Plan and execute online and offline projects from start to finish
