What we expect

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Deep market knowledge of suppliers and agency contacts
  • Proven experience in managing teams of various sizes (up to 20 employees)
  • Ability to build processes from scratch
  • Hands-on approach during initial phases
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset
