📋 What you will do
- Develop strategy and launch scaled paid digital campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to grow the inbound funnel and generate demand
- Manage the testing agenda and media plans
- Scale key metrics: Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, revenue
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and reallocate budget toward higher-value channels
- Partner with internal teams to build and improve the paid program
- Report campaign results to stakeholders
- Manage audience segments and ensure the right users are reached
- Identify weak spots in the paid program and propose improvement plans
