📋 What you will do

  • Develop strategy and launch scaled paid digital campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to grow the inbound funnel and generate demand
  • Manage the testing agenda and media plans
  • Scale key metrics: Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, revenue
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and reallocate budget toward higher-value channels
  • Partner with internal teams to build and improve the paid program
  • Report campaign results to stakeholders
  • Manage audience segments and ensure the right users are reached
  • Identify weak spots in the paid program and propose improvement plans
