We are looking for someone who knows how to work with traffic not by 'luck', but through analytics, testing, and results.
If you like looking for working funnels/angles, improving metrics, and seeing how optimization directly impacts profit — we will get along.

**📌 What needs to be done:**
— Optimize and scale advertising campaigns;
— Work with gambling, dating, cam/adult, apps, and video pre-roll traffic;
— Analyze CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, ROI, and other KPIs;
— Look for growth points and strengthen working combinations;
— Work alongside Media Buyers, account managers, and the tech team;
— Test new approaches, creatives, and traffic sources.

**🚀 What is important:**
— Experience working with traffic in Ad Network / affiliate / arbitrage;
— Understanding of performance marketing and optimization logic;
— Confident work with metrics and analytics;
— Experience with adult traffic and video pre-roll will be a plus;
— Ability to make quick decisions and work in a team.

**➕ Will be a big plus:**
— Experience with push, pop, native;
— Experience working with traffic in Ad Network / affiliate;
— Understanding of gambling / dating / cam / adult / apps verticals;
— Understanding of the market or ideas that can be scaled;
