📋 What you will do
- Manage a pool of partners (affiliates, media buyers, networks)
- Drive AR and revenue growth from existing partners
- Develop and implement partner retention strategies
- Monitor key metrics (ROI, AR, CR, lead quality)
- Define offer terms including payouts, bonuses, and testing
- Collaborate with BD, Product, and Ops departments
- Manage and lead the Affiliate Manager team
🛠 Stack and skills
Proven experience in the Nutra vertical
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
✅ What we expect
- Must have experience in the Nutra vertical
- Experience managing an affiliate or AM team
- Strong understanding of key traffic metrics
- Readiness to work with the Asian market
