📋 What you will do

• Define and execute the AI specialist product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Launch and scale inbound motion across chat, voice, and email for prospects and new users
• Build a triage and qualification layer to route users and qualify prospects for sales
• Manage the full user journey from first contact through activation and expansion
• Define escalation paths to support and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs
