Product Design Director, Growth ✓

📋 What you will do

• Lead a team of product designers across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Define and evolve the Growth design vision aligned with company goals and long-term member value
• Build a high-velocity experimentation culture in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science
• Translate growth opportunities into strategies, hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes
• Use AI across the design process, from research synthesis and insight generation to prototyping and experimentation
• Drive personalization, intelligent onboarding, and AI-powered member experiences
• Create systems, frameworks, and design patterns that help teams move fast while maintaining quality
• Balance short-term experimentation with long-term product vision and platform development
• Mentor designers and managers to raise craft, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
