✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience leading a QA team
- Experience managing multiple testers simultaneously

- Experience building or optimizing testing processes
- In-depth understanding of the full software testing lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to relocate to Tashkent
