Lead QA Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Lead and manage the QA team and implement testing strategies
• Improve production environment quality and perform quality control
• Design, develop, and oversee test cases and test plans
• Perform hands-on testing and monitor defect resolution
• Develop and enhance QA processes and documentation
• Advocate for advanced testing tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze system specifications to determine quality requirements
• Drive the creation and management of test data and environments

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1+ years of experience in a Lead role
• 3+ years of manual QA experience
• Strong understanding of browser internals, async behavior, API testing, and mocking
• Experience testing distributed, high-load systems
• Understanding of testing strategy, quality metrics, and reliability engineering
• Experience with observability tools and multi-environment debugging
• Strong communication and leadership experience (managing a team of 2+)
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience with Agile workflows and JIRA
• QA Automation experience is a plus
