📋 What you will do

  • Own production for events, physical goods, and digital assets: timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders
  • Develop creative briefs and concepts for company cultural programs from idea through final execution
  • Produce experiential programming, events, special guests, and activations for internal and external audiences
  • Create communications assets: promotional materials, pre-show content, post-event recaps, and engagement campaigns
  • Build and manage Run of Show documents and coordinate event staffing, AV teams, and production partners
  • Work closely with teams across the company to bring projects to life
  • Maintain a high bar for quality across both major moments and small details

What we expect

  • 8+ years in a hybrid creative/producer role
  • A portfolio that shows both creative work and production execution
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
  • Ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to improve ideas and briefs
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior executives
  • Steady under pressure and able to shift quickly when needed
  • Interest in company culture and internal employee experience
