  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning
  • Translate business goals into OKRs, aligned budgets, and a centralized marketing calendar
  • Build a disciplined operating cadence for the team
  • Own marketing budget management, forecasting, and optimization
  • Design and scale workflows, governance, and systems
  • Maintain a centralized marketing calendar covering campaigns, launches, dependencies, and capacity
  • Identify and operationalize AI across marketing workflows to improve efficiency
  • Develop marketing operations capabilities and talent across the organization

  • Applied AI to improve workflows, not just for experimentation
  • Strong program management and change management skills
  • Deep experience building and scaling JIRA workflows

🎁 What we offer
