📋 What you will do

• Define and drive the company's long-term strategy and growth
• Shape the long-term vision with senior leadership and turn it into initiatives
• Identify and lead high-impact strategic initiatives
• Analyze market, competitor, and consumer trends to inform prioritization
• Align strategy across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee execution
• Conduct deep analysis and research to support decision-making
• Influence decisions and increase accountability across cross-functional teams
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts toward measurable business outcomes

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or operating roles
• Experience in financial services or fintech
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in complex organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading and managing project teams end to end
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
• Deep experience in fintech/financial services or hands-on experience in data analysis, market research, or product analytics

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: from $253,000 to $350,000 per year base
• Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits
• Actual base salary may be higher depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience
