📋 What you will do

• Own relationships with bank partners as the primary technical and operational point of contact
• Coordinate technical integrations and partner onboarding with internal and external teams
• Ensure SLA compliance and monitor partner operational performance
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships on technical and operational needs
• Manage incident response, conduct RCA, and implement prevention and remediation plans
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements
• Build relationships with senior technology and operations stakeholders at bank partners

• 5+ years of experience in technical partner/account management, operations, or strategic project management
• Experience in payments or fintech
