📋 What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of creators and act as a strategic advisor on their growth
- Build and maintain long-term creator relationships to increase engagement and platform adoption
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies to expand brand partnerships and creator earnings
- Analyze creator and network data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and turn insights into recommendations
- Make independent decisions on creator prioritization, outreach strategy, and growth initiatives
- Identify and recruit creators aligned with platform goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creator experience and business outcomes
