📋 What you will do

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic paid media campaigns
  • Manage audience buildout, signal testing, bid strategy, and creative rotation
  • Build, manage, and scale campaigns focusing on experimentation and incrementality
  • Develop channel roadmaps and work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Partner with third-party vendors and DSPs to expand acquisition capabilities
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance and provide recommendations
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive workflows

Programmatic media DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360) SQL Excel AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) A/B testing frameworks

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid acquisition channel management
  • Deep expertise in programmatic media
  • Strong analytical proficiency
  • Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take full ownership
