📋 What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic paid media campaigns
- Manage audience buildout, signal testing, bid strategy, and creative rotation
- Build, manage, and scale campaigns focusing on experimentation and incrementality
- Develop channel roadmaps and work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Partner with third-party vendors and DSPs to expand acquisition capabilities
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance and provide recommendations
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive workflows
