We are looking for a Media Buyer with recent hands-on experience in TikTok and the iGaming / casino vertical, who can launch, test, and scale advertising campaigns. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience as a Media Buyer - Minimum 4+ months of hands-on experience running TikTok campaigns (iGaming / casino) - Fresh experience is required: your last campaign was launched no more than 4 weeks ago - Strong understanding of TikTok traffic (creatives, algorithms, testing approaches) - Experience working with grey niches and bypassing moderation - Ability to analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR) and optimize campaigns Responsibilities - Launch and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok - Set up accounts, funnels, and traffic infrastructure - Work with creatives: set tasks, test hypotheses, iterate quickly - Handle moderation issues and ensure stable campaign launches - Analyze performance and optimize traffic and budgets - Scale profitable campaigns and winning strategies What We Offer - Work with in-house products (no third-party offers) - Own tech team and full internal support - All resources provided + dedicated design support - Fixed salary up to $800 + performance-based bonuses - High-converting product (simple registration flow, own payment solutions) - Unlimited budgets: starting from $500/day with fast scaling opportunities
