About the RoleA fast-growing digital marketing team is looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive partner growth for sweepstake projects. The role focuses on building and managing a network of affiliates, scaling campaigns, and optimizing performance, primarily in Tier 1 markets with a strong focus on the USA.
Responsibilities
Recruit new affiliates and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Negotiate deals and commission structures that maximize ROI and partner satisfaction
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize affiliate activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns and achieve business objectives
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally
Requirements2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in sweepstake  verticals
Proven experience working with USA GEO and Tier 1 markets
Fluent English for communication with partners and team
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing processes, tracking, and reporting
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
