We’re looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll assist customers through email, chat, and phone communications while helping create a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Required
1+ year of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous remote work experience
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Experience with email and chat support
