Lead Marketer

📋 What you will do

• Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels from first touchpoint to completed sale
• Manage digital channels and contractors, improving efficiency and conversion rates
• Develop brand positioning and enhance customer experience
• Launch the content strategy and oversee content production
• Contribute to product development by influencing UX, bots, and SaaS functionality
• Analyze the market, competitors, channels, and conversion rates at every stage

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 6 years of experience in marketing
• Deep understanding of sales funnels and lead generation channel performance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing contractors from designers to paid social specialists
• Strong industry awareness and practical experience briefing contractors
• Proactive, with the ability to identify growth opportunities independently
• Experience with SaaS products and loyalty programs is a plus
