📋 What you will do
- Research industry trends and regulatory changes
- Organize complex data sets to support client problem analysis
- Monitor portfolio company performance to identify risks or strategy shifts
- Support operating model efficiency analysis for holding companies and large corporations
- Prepare concise briefing notes on corporate governance issues
- Participate in internal discussions to refine the firm's view on complex issues
- Maintain project documentation to ensure analytical consistency
- Assist in drafting the logic for independent advice documents for founders and board members
